Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is a unique acute care, inpatient specialty hospital with 110 licensed beds, including Med Surg. and Residential Treatment Center; staffed by the finest physicians and treatment teams. We treat patients, ages 2-22 who have chronic illnesses, brain injuries and neurobehavioral disorders with co-behavioral issues.

Essential Job Duties:

• Serves as the liaison between the facility and the referral source by responding to requests for general information.
• Maintains thorough and timely documentation in the referral tracking system.
• Interfaces with insurance liaison to ensure finanical information is obtained.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 
  Valid RN License in State of VA or compact state, behavioral health/psych experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in nursing, rehabilitative services, counseling, marketing or admissions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
