Position Summary
This role is to help build relationships between prospective students and Guilford College through one-to-one contact via phone calls, text messages, and e-mails. The student will work through various communication campaigns such as; missing application materials, inviting students to Admissions events, general inquiry calls, and other campaigns as assigned.

Qualifications/Special Skills Required
To be a successful Telecounselor, applicants will need to enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.

Bilingual speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ability to follow a script clearly and accurately.

Strong time management skills, punctual, involvement on campus and good work ethic.

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Embraces all the core values of the college, especially integrity, diversity and equality.

Physical Requirements
The students must give at least 4 hours a week.
