REQUIREMENTS: HIGH SCHOOL OR GED. 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE. MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS HOSPITAL SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE, REGISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND/OR RELATED TRAINING. ABILITY TO MANAGE 10 EMPLOYEES EFFCTIVELY. DATA ENTRY ACCURATELY. BETTER THAN AVERAGE PROFICIENCY WITH TEN KEYS. ABILITY TO DEAL WITH HIGH VOLUME DESK AND STRESSFUL SITUATIONS, INVOLVING THE PUBLIC, PHYSICIANS/STAFF AND INSURANCE COMPANIES ON A DAILY BASIS.
JOB SUMMARY: MANAGES THE ER/OP/INPATIENT ADMISSIONS AND PBX DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STAFFING, DIRECTING AND CONTROLLING OF HUMAN AND MATERIAL RESOURCES FOR THESE AREAS. CARRIES OUT ADMITTING/REGISTRATION AND PBX COMMUNICATION MISSION OF WAGONER COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, ENSURING THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
