Are you someone who excels in overseeing activities relating to business relationship management and consensus building? If so, this opportunity is for you! In this role you will assist the Business Development Specialist and Marketing/Business Development Director in maintaining the customer base and increase profitability for multiple Enbridge GTM assets in the Southeast region.
Here’s what you will do:

Support the development and execution of the commercial strategy for all of Enbridge GTM’s assets in the Southeast region.

Provide front line customer service with goal of providing the highest level of customer service.

Assist customers as they use contracted services from each of the pipeline and storage facilities as well as monitoring and pro-actively handling customer contract imbalances.

Troubleshoot customer operational and contractual concerns and ensures that customers receive timely resolution of all discrepancies involving pipeline services.

Maintain working knowledge of commercial operations, customer, and competitive landscape for Enbridge’s Southeast markets.

Prepare reporting and requested analysis related to existing and growth markets for Business Development and Marketing.

Ensure appropriate governance is followed for all contracts and joint venture agreements.

Build Relationship and consensus across several internal departments, including but not limited to – Regulatory, Legal, Engineering, System Planning, Project Development, Economic Evaluation, Marketing, Contracts, Commercial Operations and Field Operations.

Support the direct negotiations with existing and prospective customers and gathers supporting department support throughout entire negotiation cycle for full due diligence activities.

Apply knowledge of the FERC Gas Tariff to customer’s system utilization and ensures daily compliance with the current regulatory environment.

Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work related to Enbridge commercial activities.

Perform other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned.
Who you are:

You have:

Related university degree with 4 or more years of experience.

Some knowledge of groups such as LINK, Regulatory, Capacity Services, Contracts, Gas Control, System Planning, or Commercial

External (customers, stakeholders, investors) interaction and relationship management experience

Strong PowerPoint and Excel user

Engineering or Business undergraduate considered an asset

- Up to 25% travel required

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
