Key Responsibilities

• Provides patients with laser, PRP, micro needling and other rejuvenative procedures providing the highest level of patient comfort, studio experience, and results satisfaction.
• Respects NAVA MEDSPA BY 25 AGAIN culture and values.
• Maintains an expert level of knowledge across the suite of NAVA MEDSPA BY 25 AGAIN products and services.
• Maintains all licenses and services-mandated training, as well as NAVA MEDSPA BY 25 AGAIN proscribed training.
• Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes and other required medical input.
• Ensures that procedure rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner and conform to the NAVA MEDSPA BY 25 AGAIN standards of sterility and use.
• Proactively and within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis.
• Always presents as a consummate professional to patients and other team members.
• Maintains all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment to NAVA MEDSPA BY 25 AGAIN standards.
• Errs on the side of caution with regard to any outside or patient specific variable that could impact procedure safety, patient comfort, or results.
• Reports to the Practice Manager and Practice Medical Provider.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

Education / Experience Requirements

• Licensed Aesthetician
• Minimum 2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred
• Medical CRM experience a plus
