Job Summary:
The Social and Behavioral Sciences Department in the School for Professional Advancement at Regis University seeks Affiliate Faculty Members to teach online courses in Criminology beginning as early as Summer semester, 2022.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The affiliate faculty member teaches accelerated 5-week hybrid and 8-week online undergraduate courses in Criminology as needed by the Criminology Program in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department within the School for Professional Advancement at Regis University. We welcome candidates with the ability to understand and incorporate Ignatian values of social justice and the promotion of human dignity within their teaching practice.

Minimum Qualifications: An M.A., M.S. or Ph.D. in a related field, such as Criminology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Professional Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or Juris Doctor (JD) from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association or evaluated as a non-US equivalent degree, teaching experience at the undergraduate level, and a minimum of 3 years professional experience in a discipline-related career field.

Pay Rate: Paid per course contract. Base pay of $950 and $120 for each additional student.

Benefits-eligible for workers' compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
