The Opportunity

As an Agent Commission Representative, you will have the opportunity to process agent commission payments, provide industry leading customer service to customers regarding commission related inquiries and have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments within Mass Mutual Ascend on commission related topics.

Job Responsibilities

• Reviews the preparation and processing of field compensation payments (commissions, overrides, training allowance, incentives, bonuses, etc.)
• Balances and reconciles the field compensation accounts.
• Ensures records and processes adhere to company guidelines and confidentiality is maintained for all information.
• Responds to agent inquiries regarding compensation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant work experience, high school diploma or equivalent.

Ideal Qualifications

Fast learner, ability to multi-task, customer service experience, previous experience in the annuity/financial services industry
