You and Your Job:
As a (Senior) Agile Transformation Specialist you have a crucial role in establishing a uniform Agile way of working for various organizational units. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. As an Agile Coach you will serve the Area W&R Financing N.A.,. Simplify@Scale defines a way of working in which all tribes and chapters follow a heartbeat of enterprise Agile rituals and culture. Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile coaches to build a strong Agile coaching community. Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assessing the Agile maturity of teams and organizations and developing plans for improvement. Identifying and removing impediments that hinder team progress. Collaborating with product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile principles and practices. Promoting continuous improvement and experimentation to drive innovation and excellence. Provide training and education on Agile concepts, tools, and techniques. Extensive experience in Agile methodologies such as Spotify model, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and SAFe. Mastery of Agile coaching and mentoring techniques, including facilitation, conflict resolution, and team-building. Strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, rapport, and collaboration across teams and departments. Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices, frameworks, and values in large and complex organizations. Ability to develop and implement Agile metrics to measure team and organizational performance and drive continuous improvement. Deep understanding of software development principles and practices, including DevOps, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD.
Job Responsibilities:
The Agile Coach drives the adaptation of Agile way of working in the Tribe and Squads.
You will coach and motivate Squads in their transformation to become successful, autonomous teams.
The Agile Coach supports Tribe Leadership in creating a context so that the Squads can be successful, triggering the teams and leadership to continuously improve and learn.
The Agile Coach observes, provides feedback and guidance, using knowledge and experience to mentor and coach on practical matters around the Agile way of working, team dynamics and Agile mindset.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Your Promise to Us
Minimum of 7 years of agile coaching experience or a combination of experience and training.
Scaled Agile – Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist or equivalent Consultancy skills Complex problem analysis.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
