We are searching for a client Success Manager to work directly with clients helping them learn how to start and scale airbnb arbitrage businesses.

Your main goal will be to help clients secure their first airbnb arbitrage unit using the methods that we teach and then offer them further support as they scale their airbnb businesses.

• We are an online real estate education company teaching people how to start and scale Airbnb businesses. We specifically focus on how to start Airbnb businesses in a process know as “Airbnb Arbitrage”.

What is Airbnb Arbitrage?

• Airbnb arbitrage is the process of leveraging other peoples properties by renting them and getting the owners permission to list them on short term rental websites like airbnb and VRBO. By doing this we are able to make the difference on the rent we pay the landlord and what we can collect from guests on sites like Airbnb and VRBO. Airbnb Arbitrage is one of the most affordable and simple methods to starting in real estate and ultimately starting your own business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with our products and services.
• Onboarding new students into our program
• Coaching students on our methods of starting an airbnb arbitrage business
• Making sure that clients are happy and are getting the support they need

Qualifications:

• Computer literate.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Professional and courteous disposition.
• Results-oriented.
• Able to have a leadership frame and coach and mentor clients
