NYC Hospitality Powerhouse IGC Hospitality is seeking all experienced FOH Staff for its new venue The Wilson in Celebration, Florida. In Good Company Hospitality Owns and operates multiple high volume venues in NYC including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, Trademark Bar & Kitchen, The Wilson NYC and The Rockaway Hotel.

SUPPORT STAFF
This role is required to work part or full time. Ability to work in a high paced environment with
service background. This position will report directly to the management team of the respective
venue.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
 Clearing and cleaning tables and maintaining steps of service standards
 Preparing dining areas
 Ability to lift 10 lbs
 Stocking supplies and service areas
 Learning the menu, such as specials and allergy information
 1-2 years of Hospitality and/or service experience
 Food Handlers Permit and/or Serv Safe Certification is a plus
 Ability to handle a high-volume restaurant
 Flexible schedule
 Ensure excellent customer service
 All runners will go through a 5 day training consisting of menu and allergy knowledge,
steps of service, and customer service training
Pay and Benefits
 All runners are considered tipped employees and are paid as per FL State tipped wages

 Full time employees will be eligible for benefits after a 90 day probation period

HOST

This role is required to work part or full time. Ability to work in a high paced environment with a
service background. Knowledge of bookings programs such as OpenTable and SevenRooms is a
plus. This position is expected to be focused, have organizational skills, thorough
communication, stress composure, and the ability to multitask.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
 Booking Reservations
 Obtaining contact information
 Monitoring sections for empty or cleaned tables
 Estimating wait times and monitoring wait lists
 Answering phone calls, taking messages, and communicating detailed venue related
information
 Checking Voicemails
 Making confirmation calls
 Perform other duties as directed
 Food and Beverage knowledge is a plus
Pay and Benefits
 All hosts starting hourly wage is $x per hour.
 Full time workers are eligible for health benefits after a 90 day probation period

SERVER

This role is required to work part or full time. Ability to work in a high paced environment with
service background. This position will report directly to the management team of the respective
venue.

service background. Knowledge of all beers, spirits and wines is a must. This position will report
directly to the management team of the respective venue.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
 Knowledge of cocktails and all spirits, wines, and beers
 Stocking supplies and service areas
 Learning the menu, including all cocktails and specs
 1-2 years of Hospitality and/or service experience
 TIPS Certification is a plus
 Food Handlers Permit and/or Serv Sage Certification is a plus
 Ability to handle a high-volume restaurant and bar service
 Flexible schedule
 Ensure excellent customer service
 All service positions will go through a 5 day training. Training will consist of menu and
allergy review, steps of service, building cocktails and customer service training.
Pay and Benefits
 All bartenders are considered tipped employees and are paid as per FL State tipped wages
 Full time employees will be eligible for health benefits after a 90 day probation period

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
