The Amazon Manager position is an exciting new role for Frontier Co-op, which speaks to the importance of Amazon in our business. Frontier Co-op wholly owns and distributes three additional brands: Simply Organic, Aura Cacia and Plant Boss and seeks high velocity growth of each brand in the Amazon ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a Vendor Central business
- ASIN master data management for both product and retail catalogs
- Order to cash management
- Case management
- Deep understanding of Amazon fulfillment policies; successfully translates these policies with cross-functional teams to continuously minimize chargebacks and drive operational efficiency
- Manages all aspects of new product launches, including multi-packs and variety packs
- Leads forecasting to ensure continuously high in-stock rates of top products
- Oversees Amazon agency and broker relationships
- Responsible for KPIs and monthly reporting
- Experience running Amazon platform advertising or agency management of advertising to achieve marketing KPIs
- Prefer experience in launching Amazon Flex Node
- Prefer experience in Amazon International and Amazon Business.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business, marketing, merchandising, or similar degree from four-year college. Minimum 3-5 years of Amazon Vendor Central experience is required.
Position can be located in Norway, Iowa (near Cedar Rapids, Iowa) or it can be a Remote position as long as you can do regular monthly/quarterly visits to our Norway, Iowa facility.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as professional, scientific, and technical journals, legal documents and business reports. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write articles or memos on areas of responsibility.
Demonstrate a high degree of analytical capability. Ability to interpret search and site analytics. Ability to comprehend financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create highly customized spreadsheets and charts, run reports, and interpret data.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly master Magento and Adobe Experience Manager platforms, Google Adwords, various analytic tools, customer database segmentation and other business software and systems.
