Duties and Responsibilities: These are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation(s). Other reasonable duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and providing support for Windows Operating System.
- Responsible for ghost imaging, configuration, and documentation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide support of PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and support wired and wireless network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support telecommunication network.
- Install Microsoft Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used applications.
- Oversee projects assigned to various staff and student workers.
- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
Required Education: Associates degree in a computer related field.
Required Experience: One year experience in a computer related area.
Required Licenses or Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network, or other Industry-Based certifications.
Preferred Education: Associates degree in a computer networking related field.
Preferred Experience
: Active Directory experience for MS Windows Server.
- Three years’ work experience in a computer-related area.
Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment.
