This role is responsible for compiling and analyzing market data, providing valuable feedback and insight to guide sales decisions, and presenting feedback to management. The Sales Analyst will be highly motivated self-starter, and a great team player. Must have high standards and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compile data over time to forecast trends in sales
- Conduct market research to gain a competitive edge
- Prepare accurate reports utilizing data obtained from internal and external sources
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
- Determine sales potential and make recommendations
- Understand and address problems proactively through the gathering and analysis of data
- Coordinate with customer service ensuring on time and in full customer metric expectations.
- Team based product development and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing (required)
- 1-3 years in sales analysis (required)
- Must be proficient in Retail Link software (required)
- Advanced problem solving and analysis skills
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Travel up to 25%
