Your Opportunity
Leverage your organizational and customer service skills to ensure consumers are able to enjoy some of the most iconic Smucker’s brands wherever they go! You will play a vital role in coordinating equipment service activities and contracts for some of our largest customers.
In this role you will:

Manage customer data base by updating current records, entering new customer information, and validating sales contracts.

Intake equipment service requests and collaborate with Service Technicians to schedule maintenance, installs, or removals.

Collaborate with the Distribution Center and vendors to ensure timely shipments, and receipt of the equipment.

Provide timely confirmation and updates to customers receiving equipment service or installations to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Create and manage purchase orders by checking on inventory levels with third party warehouses accurate distribution centers, scheduling deliveries, and monitoring asset movement.

Lead trouble-shooting efforts for any discrepancies with customers, technicians, distribution, and freight companies. Ensure proper escalation of potential issues with Service Teams or Sales teams as needed.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams as well as third-party providers and customers.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office

Strong customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail in reviewing documents and data entry

Ability to work a remote hybrid schedule (25% in office, located in Orrville, OH)
