Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for multi family apartment community. Must have valid drivers license. Must have experience in all aspects of maintenance and make ready needs including but not limited to, hvac, electrical, plumbing, MR's, and day to day WO's. Must have own reliable transportation and able to pass a background and drug screening.
