Copeland Toyota has an opening with our service center call team. We are a growing automotive group with room for advancement. We are looking for applicants with solid customer service background and call center or appointment setting skills. Automotive experience is not required however, Business Development Center experience is a plus. This is not a remote position. Count on Copeland for a great career choice!
A Service Appointment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers. Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority!
Example of full-time hours available:
Sunday: OFF, Monday: 8AM-6PM ,Tuesday OFF, Wednesday: 7AM-6PM, Thursday: 8AM-5PM, Friday: 8AM-5PM,Saturday:8AM-4PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recalls.
- Effectively listen and communicate with our service customers
- Making outbound calls pertaining to follow up, appointment reminder and other service-related calls.
- Respond to email and text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Other duties as assigned.
