Volvo Cars of Austin is hiring an Appointment Coordinator to assist customers with service reservations and service follow-up. We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented person able to work full-time during the hours of Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm with occasional Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm - Sundays off. Pay offers will be based on experience.

Appointment Coordinator job duties include:

• Answering service phone calls and creating customer appointments using dealer management software (Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Confirming customer information is up to date so they can be properly contacted.
• Documenting customer needs when creating service appointments.
• Assisting customers with answers to service questions.
• Ensuring service booking is in line with department availability.
• Occasionally filling in as support for cashier or loaner coordinator
• Clerical tasks as needed to support other employees/departments.

Appointment Coordinator candidates must have:

• Valid TX Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Good face-to-face customer service skills

Standing for extended periods and briefly working outdoors may be necessary at times for this position. Auto Dealership experience, including using Reynolds & Reynolds and/or TSD Loaner software is a plus.
