Seeking someone who is motivated, qualified, and equipped to do phone sales from home for our company.

Must be available from 10am-9pm (Pacific), you will work two 3-4 hour shifts in this window with a few hours break in between.

If you have never sold anything over the phone or sold higher priced items for commission, this is probably not the job for you.

If you can't BOTH follow a script AND make it your own/ fill in the gaps with engagement, this is probably not the job for you.

We are a marketing firm that provides educational material to people, and calls them to convert them to schedule a call with a financial advisor.

You will be provided a list every day, a system to call them, and a script that works very well.

This is not simple appointment setting, there is a sales element, so you must have real sales experience to be considered.

20-25 hours/ week to start, but if you are proficient, this can easily grow into more hours.

Please note, a big element of this is going to be learning a script and being able to make it "your own" so that you follow the flow of it and make it sound natural and engaging.

90% of good selling is listening, so you need to be able to connect with people over their concerns and guide them into an appointment with our advisors.
