Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing Front Desk Staff candidates for our Paradise Valley indoor facility located at 12825 N Tatum Blvd Ste. A2, Phoenix, AZ 85032. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months to 12 years old and are professional when working with adults. Awesome work environment, flexible hours, summer and year-round positions, top notch training and pay depending on experience.

Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:
- Responsible for new client registration/sales
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner
- Resolve client concerns using a professional approach
- Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check-in students on the attendance tracking system
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
- Greet everyone with a smile and make them feel at home!
- Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
- Maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid with CPR-C, AED certification
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
