General Description
Provide
ongoing
maintenance to
the Recreation Pool, Lap Pool,
Hot
Tub,
and deck area to help ensure
cleanliness,
safety
and member satisfactio
n by completing daily,
weekly
and monthly
tasks.

Responsibilities
-
Vacuum Pools and Hot Tub
-
Scrub scum lines of Pools and Hot Tub
-
Bleach deco-seal/caulking around pools
-
Empty Bio-Hazard Bin & Trash
-
Scrub Tiling
-
Power Wash the Deck Area
-
Perform vacuum maintenance
-
Clean Handicap Lifts / Benches
Requirements
-
Ability to lift 50lb’s safely
-
Must be able to work with chemicals
-
Ability to pass a safety swim test. Active lifeguard certification preferred
-
Be able to
preform
physical labor for multiple hours -
Commit to a quarterly schedule
-
Consistency, reliability, and punctuality
-
Basic understanding of pool chemistry testing and adjusting
Working conditions
All Maintenance shifts are to be done after hours. Average shift times are
8:45pm-10:45pm, Monday-Friday and
4:45pm-6:45pm Saturday-Sunday.

Physical requirements
This
position
requires
the individual
to be
able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
