Area Director of Operations
NFC Amenity Management is looking for an Area Director of Operations for Concierge Services for our New Jersey/NYC market. The perfect match is an individual that has experience in Concierge Services in Residential Buildings and mult-unit management experience. This candidate will be responsible for successfully overseeing multiple residential property concierge operations, while maximizing client satisfaction and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the overall team performance and operations experience.
- Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans which support the overall objectives of the company.
- Monitor the performance of concierge services and Initiate corrective action when needed
- Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action.
- Establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure Concierge staff motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.
- Develop new programs that result in an increased level of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Reward employees who meet or exceed client expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills:
- Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and familiarity with specific property Management Systems (s).
- Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of customers and management.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Concierge in a Residential Building or a Hospitality comparable industry
- 3-5 years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to properties.
Compensation Plan
- Base salary starting at $60,000 plus performance bonus and travel allowance, for total compensation of up to $80,000
- Cell phone and lap top provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
