We’re looking for a full-time, staff ARGUS Sation Designer to join our SOC team located in Mercury, NV
As the ARGUS Station Designer here’s the work you’ll do:

• Configure, maintain, and install computer workstations and network devices for security systems.
• Enter the station and portal configuration information.
• Maintain video assessment system.
• Complies with DOE orders to ensure alarm stations and cameras are configured to the orders.
• Assist and provide guidance to end users requiring assistance with security systems software applications.
• Other related duties as required.

• Ability to design and implement computer network solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Knowledge of computer networking and network equipment. ?????
• Intermediate-level computer skills that include all the Microsoft Office Suite software as well as software involved with security systems.
• Knowledgeable in Federal and State Laws and Regulations, Department of Energy (DOE) Orders, Manuals, Guides, and Standards, NNSA procedures, all NNSS site security procedures and policies to include extensive knowledge of the Site Security Plan requirements as they relate to Security Systems utilized to protect Special Nuclear Material, Classified Material, and DOE/NNSA facilities.

• High School Diploma required. Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Four (4) years’ experience working directly with security systems alarm stations, access control panels and computer based systems is preferred or a combination of education and experience may be substituted, as appropriate.
• Successful participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP).
• Valid US Driver’s License and be able to obtain a Nevada Driver’s License.
• Must have and be able to maintain a DOE “Q” clearance.?????
