Armed Security Officer Job at 3fifteen Primo Cannabis
Qualifications:
This is not an entry level position. Security, military, and or law enforcement background.
Be qualified to be an armed security officer, in the city of Branson West
You provide your own footwear, firearm, magazines, duty belt, and duty ammo
Uniform shirt, pants, tourniquet, and armor provided.
You must pass a background check and obtain a state issued medical marijuana Agent Identification Card.
This is an internal security position that will require you to be the first line of defense for our patients and employees for any emergency situation that could arise. You will check in patients at the 3fifteen Primo Cannabis medical facility, being sure they provide proper identification required by the state of Missouri. You will monitor CCTV cameras, patrol the facility, check locks, report suspicious activities, de-escalate situations, monitor deliveries, and oversee the overall safety and protection of the facility.
You will undergo annual firearm qualifications. CPR certification. Trauma care knowledge. Emergency response training within the facility. Knowledge in observation, orientation, decision making, and taking action.
This position will require someone that is personable and able to work with employees, visitors, and patients everyday. You will be the first face that patients see when they walk into the 3fifteen Primo Cannabis facility.
You will be the first point of contact with many patients, as well as requesting 911 services. You will also aid in internal investigations within the facility with the security manager. You will report to the security manager directly for any questions, comments, concerns, and work together to find better ways to provide quality protection and safety to the workplace.
You will be the acting security and safety professional on site, working alongside facility staff as a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
