Job Purpose:

To be able to use various hand and power tools and equipment to assemble parts according to blue print and traveler. Ability to identify and verify specific parts per blue prints and tags and pick, pack and wrap per customer requests.

Duties:

• Follows work instruction and procedures.
• Comes to work on time every day and takes pride in his/her job
• Assembles components by using equipment and/or machinery according to the blue prints
• Verifies operation results through inspection.
• Documents actions by completing records.
• Perform pre-assembly prep by accurately counting and including all components necessary to complete each assembly
• Perform installation, repair, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products as required.
• Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages.
• Maintains safe work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Maintains a clean, safe and orderly work area
• Makes sure inventory and parts are correctly counted, tagged, and logged

Skills/Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent
• Listening and communication: Must be able to take instruction from supervisor and provide feedback or questions
• Physical strength to lift parts and operate equipment
• Stamina to remain on his/her feet for 8-10 hours and deal with temperature fluctuations
• Time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills in order to work in teams

Weaver Fabrication Powder Coating Team Member

Job Purpose:

To be open to learning to use automatic and manual powder coating and bead blasting equipment to finish according to router and print. Understands the importance of wash system maintenance, contamination, inspection, and documentation. Hang and plug parts as well as prep parts for the powder coating line.

Duties:

· Follows work instruction and procedures.

· Comes to work on time every day and takes pride in his/her job

· Preps, plugs and hangs parts to be cleaned and powder coated

· Powder Coats and Finishes components by using equipment and/or machinery according to the job router

· Pulls parts, counts, and packs according to work instruction

· Verifies operation results through inspection and logs work completed

· Documents actions by completing records and documents powder usage

· Maintains safe and clean work environment by following procedures and complying with legal and internal regulations.

· Keeps equipment clean and functioning by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

· Completes assigned duties as necessary

Skills/Qualifications:

· High School Education or equivalent

· Listening and communication: Must be able to take instruction from supervisor and provide feedback or questions

· Physical strength and stamina to lift parts, operate equipment and remain on his/her feet for a full shift

· Able to use full face mask and respirators in a particle filled environment and maintain a cleanly shaven face to enable proper fit testing and seal

· Keeping area clean and organized

· Documenting powder usage

· Time management skills

· Good interpersonal skills to work in teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
