First shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Second shift is from 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm. Use of mechanical and electrical drawings. The position involves hands-on mechanical work using many different tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner. An Assembler/Finisher is responsible, but not limited to the following: Construction and Quality of a core and coil assembly and associated tanking procedures. Prep tank and cover, insert unit, install, and connect internal and external accessories, and adjust to proper clearance. Mount various accessories, name plates, stickers on the unit as per outline drawing. Check the unit for pressure / leak. Process unit for testing and prepare for shipping. Keep work area safe, neat, and clean. Complete all processing and check sheets as required.

Must be willing to work overtime as and when required.

Candidate must be self-motivated. Ability to assume duties during supervisor absence. Must be able to pay attention to detail. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements. Must be willing to put overtime whenever required.

Basic mechanical abilities. Ability to assemble components with instructions/guidance. Ability to operate tools such as drill press, drills, misc. hand tools, drill and tap holes. Ability to read tape measure and measure dimensions properly for assembly of components. Possesses basic hand tools required to perform assembly tasks. Ability to communicate with coworkers. Work in a safe manner / follow all safety polices.
