- Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
- At least a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of years' experience as a Floor Assembly Operator.
- Advanced skills such as soldering, testing, rework.
- LI-RAW skills.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area.
