As the Assistant Banking Center Manager, you will assist the Banking Center Manager in all aspects of branch operations and assume responsibility for the branch in the banking center manager's absence. Ensure compliance to established policies and procedures. Ensure that customer service is provided in accordance with CBMW Core Values and Legendary Service. Provides leadership and supervision of the banking center Associates and acts as a resource for operational and customer concerns while exercising discretion and good judgment. Communicates proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Assist sales development activities including STEP sales training, coaching and activities. Create a teamwork environment to ensure that quality service is provided, sales goals are met, and operational and accounting requirements are satisfied. Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years banking and/or relevant leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge of all Banker functions; bank regulations; bank policies and procedures; and bank products and services.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner. - Possess good judgment skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately, analyze information and make decisions.
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities, duties, and projects as they arise.
