Assistant Brand Manager for Production Job at Little Caesars

Responsible for coordinating the production of content and assets within the consumer engagement and creative teams. In this role, you will operate in a liaison role between key positions in the creative and marketing departments, internal production studio, agencies and vendors to execute the production of high-quality creative that brings ideas to life. This position requires a motivated and well-organized individual who will bring an enthusiastic and engaging style to the position.

Key Responsibilities

Assists Brand Manager in coordinating projects throughout the creation, procurement, trafficking and financial stages of a project, including day-to-day deliverables, project schedules and task delegation.
Coordinates production needs, communicating project status and managing revisions, requests and expectations during production of a project
Supports the production of content and various types of assets for marketing projects, including broadcast, digital platforms and social, ensuring delivery of assets to appropriate vendor.
Acts as a resource for producers and brand managers to proactively track the status of and respond to project needs to ensure projects stay on schedule, in scope and within budget
Obtain and distribute props, equipment, misc. needs etc., needed to complete production
Responsible for managing all Added Value Media assets and coordination with partners.
Achieves high productivity and quality of assets by continuing to streamline workflow in order to support initiatives and projects.
Responsible for file management, server organization, back-ups and archiving all content.
Supports the production of internal media events, such as Global Business Conference, franchisee and company meetings and live and virtual broadcasts.

Supplemental Job Functions
Other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor degree in Broadcast, Media Production, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in advertising, studio coordination or video/photo production
Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall project timelines, project deliverables and resourcing needs on multiple projects concurrently.
Evidence of effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrates c reative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
Evidence of ability to analyze, problem-solve and make decisions, including viable alternative options, in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of colleagues.

Working Conditions
Ability to travel when necessary and adhere to the Travel Policy
Ability to work beyond traditional office hours when required by project demands.
