BR Premier, is a Fast-growing Property Management Company and we are seeking an Assistant Community Director for one of our beautiful properties, The Park at Lake Como.
Duties and Qualifications:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of running an apartment community, overseeing and enhancing its financial growth.
- Maintaining positive high energy.
- Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Must have a minimum 3-year experience in an Assistant Manager position and 2 years Leasing experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Entrata knowledge an asset.
- Strong collection management skills.
- Bilingual a Plus!
The candidate should be Goal Oriented, Ambitious, Meticulous, Detail-oriented, Friendly, and a Team Player!
