Job Requirements
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family friends, and all team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Assist the Executive Director in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of the day-to-day functions of the community.
- Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for directing the management and control of the community in the absence of the Executive Director
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are met
- Lead, develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture
- Serve as sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketing outreach, and referrals
- Meet or exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generating expense management and labor control
- Supervise and lead one or two of the community management teams to ensure a smooth operation that meets the needs of residents, families, associates and visitors
- College degree required
- Administrator’s license/certification per state requirements preferred
- The ability to handle emergency situations calmly and completely is essential
