Assistant Head Housekeeper Job at Red Roof Inns, Inc.
The Red Roof Inn is looking for an outgoing dynamic individual to join their team as an Assistant Head Housekeeper. The ideal candidate is someone with housekeeping experience that wants to move up into a management role to support the housekeeping department.
This person will help lead our team to success in maintaining brand standards and cleanliness.
Skills needed:
Ability to nurture a good working relationship with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance
Stunning time management skills so you can juggle your many duties
Attention to detail to ensure rooms are spic and span, well serviced and that equipment is stored safely
A stickler for health and safety as some staff may need to be trained to use hazardous cleaning materials
Assigning daily work to housekeeping staff
Creating housekeeper schedules
Know security protocol in case of emergency
You've got to be self-motivated, adaptable, an excellent team motivator and team builder.
Be response and have the ability to solve problems and think on your feet
Have previous housekeeping skills, previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
We have a great team on hand and looking to add with an equally fun, motivated and outgoing individual.
Must be available to work most weekends.
Pay $15.50/hour DOE, PTO/Health benefits available
