Assistant Manager Job at Center for Human Development
The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative and clinical supervision to LPHAs and Team staff to ensure clinical protocols and standards are consistently across disciplines. Working with LPHA's the Assistant Manager will develop intervention strategies, crisis intervention plans and Community Service Plans (CSP).
The Assistant Manager will ensure the team adheres to program policies and procedures. All Assistant Managers participate in a an on-call system to ensure staff coverage, Person coverage and effective crisis resolution. The Assistant Manager intervenes in the event of a person crisis, any behavior or incident in the program to resolve the situation and insure the safety of Persons and others.
