Requirements:

• Some (minimum of 2 years) management experience required, preferably in food service. Food service experience must be in your background.
• Must be fully flexible (or close to) for scheduling including weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team
• Completing administrative paperwork accurately
• Cash reconciliation and deposits
• Managing labor on each shift
• Assisting with inventory as needed
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment and communicating issues/needs
• Proactively developing crew members including training, coaching and leading Goal Groups
• Utilizing Progressive Discipline practices and coaching crew members whenever necessary
• Maintaining security of the store at all times
• Ensuring that food product quality, customer service and cleanliness are up to or exceeding standards at all times
