Responsible for supporting GM with the overall operations of a store including team member leadership & development, sales performance, customer service, community involvement, and execution of brand excellence.
*Creates and sustains a highly productive store environment through training excellence and leadership.
*Maintain exceptional customer service metric scores.
*Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers.
*Foster an environment of teamwork
*Communicates clearly, concisely, and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operation
*Follow all company operations policies and procedures
*Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs through-out assigned shift Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer)
*1+ years supervisory experience within a food/retail company.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
