- Oversees food preparation and sales
- Leads team, handles general complaints, makes last minute schedule changes for the sake of the store, and serves as a role model to the people reporting to them.
- Organized, clean, and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Helps to recruit and train quality employees.
- Must be friendly and outgoing to customers, as well as employees.
- Stays attentive to coworkers by motivating them to succeed and improve.
- Must be able to do audits and make deposits in a timely manner.
