What you will do:
  • Schedule all recruitment related meetings and job interviews (determined on a job-by-job basis).
  • Support our talent acquisition process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks/drug screening, and issuing offer letters.
  • Support the new teammate onboarding process to ensure a warm welcome to the team (I-9 verification, welcome gifts, orientation, beam buddy program).
  • Place orders for business cards, food for events and other company swag for our teammates.
  • Deliver compassionate, authentic customer service by responding to teammate inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Audit and maintain teammate personnel files/Predictive Index files.
  • Handle the fun stuff that makes working here just a bit happier, like delivering cookies to our teammates or other fun events, just because!
  • Manage administration of teammate recognition efforts (new hire/promotion announcements)
  • Accurately and timely administer and process all internal promotions & transfers and ensure all systems are appropriately updated.
  • Performing clerical functions such as sorting and filing mail or completing various types of paperwork under tight deadlines.
  • Managing and processing all recruiting & engagement related invoices & submitting monthly accruals.
What you should have:
  • A high attention to detail and the willingness to be part of an open, collaborative team.
  • The ability to connect with others to stay aligned and focused.
  • Some knowledge (1-2 years) of Human Resources. A Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in HR or something similar would be good too.
  • Fanatical discipline and relentless desire to do what needs to be done.
  • A love for doing what others won’t and solving very difficult problems.
  • A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
What we offer:
We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place. We aren’t perfect, but we will try to set very clear expectations, always let you know where you stand, and do everything in our power to help you get where you want to go.
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
