Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Assistant Project Director in Worcester, MA.

The Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) initiative within Community Healthlink is an agency-wide initiative to increase access to the full range of community behavioral health services and to improve the behavioral health and quality of life of the population of focus in Worcester and Leominster, MA through the certification of CHL as a CCBHC and the expansion of our community behavioral health clinic services that align with both CCBHC certification and the needs of our community.

The Assistant Project Director is responsible for assisting in improving access to evidence-based services for behavioral health clients, monitoring implementation strategies, and evaluating outcomes within the CCBHC-IA project.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Director in any and all activities associated with successful implementation of the grant to improve access to evidence-based services.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met and required activities accomplished in collaboration and coordination with the Project Director.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, Project Evaluator, and Quality Improvement on evaluating project performance.
  • In collaboration with the project team, ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  • May be required to provide weekly direct supervision to selected grant staff.
  • Collaborates with service Vice Presidents and Program Managers to develop, implement, and improve workflows and capacity to provide timely access to evidence-based services.
  • Collaborates with project leadership and agency leadership and management to improve client experience.
  • Works in coordination and collaboration with the project management team.
  • Perform other related job duties

Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience in behavioral health or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • The individual will possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • The individual will be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
  • An understanding of and commitment to the project's transformative potential within the system of care.
