As an entry level professional, an Assistant Project Engineer will:

• coordinate site access;
• assign laboratory tests;
• perform geotechnical engineering analyses and evaluations;
• coordinate project requirements with client representatives;
• provide supplemental support for our drilling and laboratory departments;
• provide supplement support for other Engineering Department positions (such as

Engineering Technician and Draftsperson) including operation, maintenance, and
processing of Cone Penetrometer Test equipment;

• be involved in company’s geotechnical instrumentation and remote sensing programs;

• assist others in development and management of the company's GIS and geologic

Education and Experience

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited
curriculum with zero to two years of experience after a bachelor’s degree.

Professional attainments include active pursuit of professional registration including the
Fundamentals of Engineering exam to achieve certification as an Engineering Intern as well as
appropriate membership grade in professional and technical societies.
