The Assistant Regional Counsel plays key role in ensure compliance with the company's business code of conduct. Our Assistant Regional Counsel also reviews and negotiates all real estate leases and is responsible for the business and professional company registrations, legal disclosures forms and certifications.

CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Regional Counsel to join our Legal team in our Colonie, NY office.

At CHA, the Assistant Regional Counsel supports the Regional Counsel on all legal matters including litigation management, negotiation of disputes with clients, contractors and subcontractors, employment law issues, contract review and negotiation and provides support on all day-to-day risk management in the geographic region.
The Assistant Regional Counsel plays key role in ensure compliance with the company's business code of conduct. Our Assistant Regional Counsel also reviews and negotiates all real estate leases and is responsible for the business and professional company registrations, legal disclosures forms and certifications.
The Assistant Regional Counsel also aids the General Counsel on mergers and acquisition as well as other company initiatives.

- Juris Doctor, admitted and in good standing to practice law in any state in the United States
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the practice of law
- Demonstrated judgment and exercise of discretion including confidential matters
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
- Comprehensive knowledge of management principles
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills
- Occasional travel to sites
