Job Description:
- Provide sophisticated administrative support for the President and CEO
- Manage Microsoft Teams and OneNote
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
- Manage the Central Office, including supervising Office Administration team
- Support all senior team meetings, including handling of confidential and sensitive information
- Provide support to special projects and events
- Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally
- Other tasks as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
- Non-Profit and Early Childhood Education Experience preferred
