Job Description
This position, under general supervision, will provide assistance in coaching of all aspects of the game of Intercollegiate Division 1 Women's Soccer Program.
Responsibilities:

Teach game fundamentals, techniques and team concepts, and compliance of all established rules and regulations.

Provide specific position instruction, when necessary.

Assist in the planning and execution of in- and off-season daily practice sessions.

Assist in performing pre-and-post game facility preparations and maintenance.

Assist in monitoring of athletes academic progress and study hall attendance.
-
Maintain a database to keep team stats and players information.
-
Assist in coordinating uniform and equipment receiving, distribution and return.

Assist in performing pre-and post-game facility preparations and maintenance.

Assist in coordinating all team travel and lodging arrangements and arranging all meals when traveling or when home competitions and practices interfere with dining hall hours.

Assist in recruiting and scouting academically sound, athletically strong athletes who will enhance and further the competitive development of the Women's Soccer program and team.

Assist in all areas of team fundraising and community projects.

Attend clinics, conferences, workshops, and NCAA rules education training's to remain current with the matters pertaining to Division 1 intercollegiate women's soccer.

Will perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-
Three years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
-
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Special Requirements:
-
Applicants with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree may be considered. One year of the related experience is the equivalent of one college year. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have four years of related experience to meet the equivalency in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus the minimum required years of experience. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have a total of seven years of experience.
