We are a fast-paced production office located in South Haven MI that provides background investigations to nuclear plants across the US. We process files based on element, not on a case-by-case basis; as such, multiple positions are available. Must be available for overtime hours (as required) including Saturday. Applicants must be well organized, possess basic computer skills, and be able to pass a background investigation.
Job Description
Associate:
Must be able to manage large amounts of inbound & outbound calls in a professional business manner. Individuals should focus on their own tasks while still being aware of their other co-workers and assisting them as needed. Must be able to research required information using available resources and clearly document information in accordance with strict nuclear guidelines.
Requirements/Skills
- Must meet requirements of a background investigation.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Legible handwriting.
- Must love cats
- Highly organized
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Available for mandatory overtime (as required)
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We are not requiring vaccinations, however during certain "spikes" we have mandated that individuals mask within the office (regardless of vaccination status). It is currently not required.
