What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a collaborative, business-oriented member of the Organogenesis Compliance Team
- Support the ongoing evolution of the compliance program by developing auditing and monitoring plans, implementing process and system enhancements, and supporting remediation activities, as necessary
- Create and deliver compliance education, including both new hire, and ongoing training modules
- Establish mechanisms to support the collection of data and analytics to conduct proactive monitoring across key activities including HCP engagements, external funding and field activities
- Analyze and aggregate qualitative data to effectively assess risk and the effectiveness of controls across the organization
- Draft and implement internal compliance policies, procedures, tools & resources, as needed to execute the annual risk assessment and monitoring strategies
- Assist in communicating emerging trends, new policies, and compliance messaging throughout the organization
- BA/BA required. Advanced degree or JD strongly preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in device, pharma/biotech or life science industry required.
- Knowledge of data analytics, modeling and visualization techniques.
- Working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance including, but not limited to the Federal Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, the OIG and DOJ guidelines, US state and local marketing compliance laws and recent government enforcement actions.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong commitment to integrity and responsibility.
- Ability to travel, as required, to meet business needs.
