Associate Director of Student Affairs Job at Morehouse School Of Medicine
The Associate Director of Student Affairs works to support the academic mission and strategic plan of the Morehouse School of Medicine by providing students with a diverse set of co-curricular personal growth and professional development experiences. This position is essential to enhancing the student experience and multi-campus success by serving as an advisor, developer, and coordinator for student life activities and student organization events involving leadership, professionalism, research, inclusion, and careers. The position provides longitudinal health and wellness support in alignment with the prioritization of the student experience.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of related professional experience with leadership responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, or Counseling preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Student Government, student activities/student organizations and special event planning strongly preferred. Additional experience with health and wellness issues preferred.
