JOB SUMMARY

Associate Executive Directors are the resilient co-leaders of each community, who help facilitate communication and teamwork to ensure quality care for our residents. At MorningStar, our leaders are servant-leaders who put the needs of others first to help team members develop and perform at their personal best.


POSITION OVERVIEW

§ Support the department head team in their respective roles by partnering as needed to ensure the overall department runs efficiently and to our brand standards

§ Act in the best interest of the community by being a good steward, supporting team members and building morale

§ Ensure compliance with company policies pertaining to resident care, human resources, financial control, public relations, maintenance of physical plant, and policies and procedures.

§ Working with department heads and supervisors, evaluate the performance of team members, and support the team during the annual performance review process

§ Act as the Business Office Manager, supporting the Bookkeeping and Human Resources functions for the building

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
  • 5+ year of similar or relatable experience. Experience in a leadership capacity within our industry highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence in leading all functional areas of the community (accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, operations, etc).
  • College degree in related field preferred.
