Associate for Research and Analysis in Arts and Culture at Cambridge Office of WolfBrown

This is a full-time position in the Creative Opportunities practice area in the firm’s Cambridge, MA office. Through innovative program design, research, and evaluation, this team collaborates on deepening and amplifying the creative experiences individuals can access throughout their lives. Our innovative, sector-leading work includes basic research, integrative landscape and literature reviews, and participatory and summative program evaluations—all with the understanding of how these programs build diverse creative capital in individuals, families, and communities. Start date: January, 2023

The position includes the following tasks:

• Collaborating on the design, tools, and execution of major research and evaluation projects
• Project support and administration (e.g., calendar, appointments, digital archiving)
• Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Data visualization
• Manuscript authoring, editing, and formatting (proposals, reports, and research articles)
• Presentation to clients at conferences and in video content for the firm

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA degree (Masters is highly desirable)
• Experience applying the fundamentals of research design
• Experience with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, power queries)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau) platforms
• Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Survey Monkey)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to principles of diversity and inclusion
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work on multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new applications and technologies
• Some knowledge of human development, arts learning, and/or cultural policy is desirable

This position is a full-time position with the Cambridge office of WolfBrown and qualifies for all employee benefits.

Starting salary range: $75,000 to $82,500, commensurate with experience.
