Job Purpose
The NielsenIQ Partner Network is a curated marketplace of partners within an open ecosystem who leverage NielsenIQ data assets within their services. The network removes the burdensome barriers of sharing data so clients can shift from managing data to doing things with it. With their data connected, clients are able to measure, analyze and decide faster - and smarter - than ever before.
The Associate Manager, Partner Development will be accountable for supporting relationships with new and existing NielsenIQ Partners, including but not limited to: relationship building, conducting data needs assessments, contracting, and oversight of data delivery.
Job Responsibilities and Scope
- Working with other members of the NielsenIQ Partner Development team, support NielsenIQ’s relationship across multiple partnership accounts
- Meet agreed performance standards (measurable results = client/project renewal rate, NielsenIQ Partner satisfaction, identification of revenue opportunities)
- Onboard and train new NielsenIQ Partners across a portfolio of data solutions
Role Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders by email and video call
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external parties
- A desire to develop broad knowledge of NielsenIQ data solutions, to support partners by performing training and pulling data using NielsenIQ tools
- Integrity and a desire to ensure compliance with NielsenIQ data sharing policies
- Ability to multitask and manage many relationships in parallel using various CRM tools
- Work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also effectively working as a part of a team
- Proactively identify areas of process improvement, develop solutions, and execute them
Background and Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 Years in a sales support, operations, data delivery, or account management role
- Commercial or partnership experience developing new clients, partnerships or revenue streams
- Some familiarity with analytics used within the CPG industry such as forecasting, marketing mix, price and promo, assortment, and others preferred.
- Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, and/or Analytics
