Description Overview

We are currently looking for an eCommerce Associate Marketing Manager to join our team in Allegan MI or in the Midwest area. The team is currently working remote and team members should be available to drive into the office on occasion.


Role:


Active contributor in driving best in class go to market strategies in the online sales channel for existing and new products in terms of product configuration, placement and promotions as well as page strategy recommendations for content, search optimization and ratings and reviews.

  • Helps in partnering with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Graphics to implement tactics that align with that strategy. Plays as a supporting role between manager and sales team to support digital marketing strategy with retail accounts and business partners.
  • Contributor to the digital content strategy development, implementation, and maintenance for the overall content master plan working with partners across the organization.
  • Participates in cross-collaboration with Marketing and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment on digital strategies for their categories including innovation for online only concepts as well as promotional activities.
  • Assist in the growth of Digital Marketing and drive optimization of content and page performance with cross functional business partners.

Scope of the Role

  • Consultant to CSCA Sales & Marketing providing recommendations for eCommerce go to Market strategy development. Supportive role in recommendations for best in class go to market strategies in the online sales channel for existing and new products in terms of product configuration, placement and promotions as well as page strategy recommendations for content, search optimization and ratings and reviews. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Graphics to implement tactics that align with that strategy.
  • Active team member, supporting the driving digital content strategy development, implementation, and maintenance for the overall content master plan working with partners across the organization. Partnership with the Marketing team to ensure alignment on digital strategies for their categories including innovation for online only concepts as well as promotional activities.
  • Contributor in driving digital insights and trends coming from analytic process to optimize page & product performance. Works within workflow processes to drive the implementation of change for performance optimization. Accountable for improved KPIs in each account and/or category, respectfully. Ability to adjust and shift business needs swiftly, on an as-needed basis.
  • Ability to partner with external Digital Marketing vendors and agencies to drive key online KPIs and execute implementation plan. Strong and professional communication skills, relative to external partnerships.
  • Support the development and execution of store brand category strategy to achieve business plan objectives and sales goals.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and cross functional teams to implement digital activations that align with category strategies and priorities.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required, Masters preferred.
  • 6+ years of eCommerce marketing experience - strong experience around Web analytics, SEO optimization, SEM, A/B testing.
  • Strong at multitasking, prioritization and hands on work environment.
  • Experience working with Brick and Click websites, eRetailers and Marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Merchandising and product Category Management.
  • Can determine what design and development resources are needed to deliver on web projects.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, content marketing, knowing what content is most effective on a website, work well with content creators to achieve goals, etc.
  • The understanding and ability to digest and execute strategies, omni channel best practices, eCommerce technologies, and expertise in page performance analytics and monitoring.
  • Understanding of online consumer behaviors, and ability to map and analyze customer journeys and cohorts.
