Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Associate Planner/Scheduler located in our Brentwood, Tennessee corporate office.
The Associate Planner/Scheduler will work directly with traders, schedulers, and the accounting department to quickly and efficiently capture and record data in both internal and third-party systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensures relevant data is captured accurately and recorded, including International Documentation and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Communicates and verifies planned movements as well as status with traders, optimizers, transportation counterparties, external counterparties, producers, marketers, terminals, vessels, and pipelines.
- Efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
