Overview:
We are seeking an energetic individuals to join our team members in providing the best quality & healthy poke bowls for our Lancaster community! We have a mission to continuously improve customer relations, maintain all standard operating procedures, and foster a supporting culture amongst our staff members.
Primary duties consist of taking orders, making sushi burritos, preparing poke bowls (think scooping ingredients like Chipotle - except Hawaiian!), and ringing up customer orders. The secondary duties are opening and closing the store (depending on shift), and cleaning.
Our restaurant environment is fairly steady, clean, safe, and flexible. We offer a steady schedule of shifts (40 hrs. or part-time at your preference).
Qualification:
- 1+ years of food service industry experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communications with customer and staff
- Demonstrate high EQ (emotional intelligence) in stressful situations for both customers and your own crew members
- Display critical thinking and creative skills to make processes easier for colleagues
